VATTAYAPPAM



pachari 2 c (soaked)
cookd rice 1 1/2 c
sugar 1c
thick coconut milk 1 /2 c
yeast 1 tsp

grind evry ingredient nicely n keep to ferment for 6 to 8 hrs. Stir n pour the mixtr into greased vessel n steam for 15 mnts.
