BEEF KADALA MASALA

Pressure Cooked beef -1 kg
boiled black kadala -2 cups

Green chillies
Mustard seeds 1 tsp
Garlic
Ginger
Onion 2 big

Coconut sliced ¼ cup

Chilly powder – 1 1/2 tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder 2 1/2 tsp
Oil
Curry leaves


First take oil in a pan and fry mustard, curry leaves, ginger and garlic .
Then add onion chillies and saute.
Add all masala to it and stir well.

When oil is clear add the cooked beef and cooked kadala to it.

Add the sliced coconut pieces and mix well. ( I used grated coconut )
Remove from fire when its done.
