IDLY 65



Idly-5 (make in to cube size)
oil-for deep frying
chilli powder(kashmiri)-1 ta sp
garlic ginger paste-1 te sp
salt to taste

marinate the above ingredients for half an hour and deep fry the idly cubes till it becomes golden brown...

onion(cut in to a small pieces) -1
capsicum-1
ginger& garlic(chopped)-1 ta sp
tomato paste-1 ta sp
tomato ketchup-1 ta sp 
soya sauce-1 ta sp
salt to taste
chilli powder(kashmiri)-1 te sp
spring onion to garnish

heat tawa with 2 ta sp of oil ,add ginger garlic&onion saute well.
add capsicum saute for a minute& add tomato paste, chilli powder,tomato ketchup,soya sauce and mix well for 2 minutes.

finally we add the fried idlycubes in to this mixture& mix well.
garnish with the spring onion & serve hot.....
