MANGLOREAN FISH CURRY

To grind
In a kadai heat 2 tbsp oil add fenugreek 1/4 tsp ,ajwain 1 tsp, garlic chopped 2 , 1 big onion saute add tbsp coriandr seed, 1 tsp cumin seed curry leaves red chilly 6 saute for 5 mnts n add grated coconut 11/2c n 1/4 turmeric pwdr . green chilly 1 gingr garlic paste tsp n tamarind pulp 1/4 c .grind evrytin togethr.

For gravy
In a wok 2 tbsp oil add mustard seed ,curry leaves 1 onion n saute till golden brown add the grounded paste n cook for 3 o 4 mnts . Add 1 c water n salt wen it boils add fish to the gravy and cook till done
