Koondhal Fry


Koondal-1/2 kg(cook in a pressure cooker mixed with salt and red chilly pwd)
onion - 3 chopped
green chilly- 4-5 chopped
ginger -1tbsp chopped
garlic -1tbsp chopped
curry leaves - 2 spring
salt - to taste
red chilly pwd - 1tbsp
oi- to fry

Heat oil in a pan and fry the cooked squid well....remove and set aside

Heat a little of the fried oil and saute all the above ingredients....except chilly pwd

Once the onion is soft add the chilly pwd and saute agn and add the fried squid to it.......and mix all together
