Chicken – ½ cup (cooked and shredded)
Onion – 1 (chopped)
Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp
Green chilly – 2 (chopped)
Pepper powder - 1tsp
Garam masala powder – ½ tsp
Salt – to taste
Tomato paste - 2 tbsp
Corriander leaves – ½ cup (chopped)
Oil – 1 tbsp
Bread -4 slices(soaked in water)
Egg – 1
Bread crumbs – 1 cup
Oil – to fry
In a pan heat oil and sauté onion ….with ginger garlic paste+ green chilly+salt.
Then add all the powders and mix well and add the shredded chicken + tomato paste and sauté well.
Finally add the soaked bread and coriander leaves and mix all together and form into the shapes of croquettes and cover with egg and bread crumbs and deep fry……
