PAZHAM NIRACHATHU

Ripe bananas - 2(cut 1 banana into two)
Egg - 3
Sugar - 2 tbsps
Cashewnuts
Kismis
Cardamom pwd - 1/4 tsp
Rose water - 2 drops
Ghee
Oil

1. Break the eggs & put them in a bowl. To this add sugar & mix very well till sugar melts.

2 .Take a pan,pour ghee,add cashew & kismis till it turns golden brown.To this add the egg mixture & scramble it.When the egg gets cooked add cardamom pwd & rose water.Remove from fire & keep it aside.

3.Take one banana & cut it into two pieces.Take one piece of banana & give a cut lengthwise.Fry bananas in oil till golden brown.

4.Fill the scrambled egg inside the cuts & serve it hot
