SEMIYAYUM MUTTAYUM

Vermicelli - 100 gm
Eggs - 3(Boil 1 egg and beat the other 2)
Onions - 1 (sliced)
Green chilly - 4 (pasted)
Ginger Garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Corriander pwd - 2 tsp
Garam masala pwd - 1/2 tsp
Cashews - 1 tbsp(chopped)
Raisins - 1 tbsp
Corriander leaves - 1/2 cup
Oil - 4 tbsp
Lime juice - 1 tsp
Yellow food color - few drops
Salt - to taste

Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan and fry the cashews and raisins and keep aside
And saute onion in the oil ,wen the color starts changing add the pasted masalas + corriander pwd and saute well
Scramble the beaten eggs in the above mix and remove frm fire
Heat the remainin oil in a pan and roast the vermicelli start browning add 1 cup of water and enough salt and cook covered soft and der is no more water
mix in the color , egg masala , lime juice , corriander leaves , garam masala pwd and mix well and remove from fire
Transfer into a serving dish and decorate wid sliced egg and roasted cashews and raisins and enjoyyyyyyyyyyyy
