BEEF DRAGON

Beef - 1/2 kg (cooked with salt and tumeric powder.And cut it into thin strips )
Maida - 2 tbsp
Cornflour - 2 tbsp
Red chilly powder - 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Red color - a pinch
onion -2 (sliced)
Capsicum - 1 (sliced)
Green chilly - 2 (chopped)
Garlic - 1 tbsp (chopped)
Oil - 2 tbsp
Soya sauce - 2 tsp
Tomato sauce - 1 tsp
Pepper powder - 1 tsp
Salt - to taste

Add maida , cornflour , red chilly powder , ginger garlic paste , salt , red food color in a bowl to make a smooth paste adding a little water if needed and mix it with the cooked beef and deep fry.
In a pan heat oil and add chopped garlic , green chilly , onion , capsicum , and saute well.
Then add the fried beef and add soya sauce , tomato sauce ,pepper powder and salt and remove from heat.
