CRAB FRY....(Njandu porichathu)


Crab - remove the shell and cleaned 500 gm
turmeric pwd - 1/4 tsp
red chilly pwd - 1 tsp
green chilly - 3 crushed
ginger garlic paste - 2 tbsp
cinnamon sick and cloves pwderd -1 tbsp
salt - to taste
oil - to fry
curry leaves- 2 spring

Mix al the ingredients except crab and oil .......and add the crab fry it on a low flame till well cooked ..
