Butter Scotch Bread Pudding

Ingredients....
Slices of milk bread -10 or more
condensed milk - 1/2 tin
Nestle cream - 1 tin
Dream whip - 4 small sachets
Caramalised nuts - as reguired to garnish
Milk - 1 cup (to dip the bread)

Combine all the three creams together and keep it aside

In a glass pudding dish ,firstly layer the whipping cream thinly

Dip each slice of bread in milk and layer it on top of the layered cream

Again whipped cream,,,,,,

Sprinkle the pwdered caramalised nuts

Then the bread slices dipped in milk.....

Finally top the pudding with the remaining whipped cream

And top it with caramalised nuts

Chill & Serve
