CABBAGE PARATHA

For the filling..

Cabbage(chopped) -1 cup
Carrot(chopped) - 1/2 cup
Green chillies -3
Jeera-1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste – 1/2 tsp
Salt

for the dough..

Wheat flour-1cup
Plain flour-1cup
Water
Salt


Method :-
1 Mix flour,salt &water together to make soft dough
2 heat some oil ,add jeera & all veggies and cook them till soft and done
3 Remove from flame and set aside
4 Now ball the dough into equal parts and roll out and put some filling in the middle of the rolled dough and shape into a ball again
5 Now very gently roll in again thinly and cook both the sides by applying some oil or ghee till done...
6 Serve hot.........
