ghee-1 ta sp
sugar- 1 ta sp
salt-to taste
boil water ,add sugar,ghee&salt.when the water start boiling add vermicelli &cook till done, pour this through a strainer and keep it a side
jaggery(melted)-3 pieces
coconut -1 cup
cardamom-2(crushed)
kismis-5or6
cashewnut-5or 6(crushed)
in a pan heat ghee add cashewnut,kismis,melted jagerry,coconut,cardamom& mix themwell.
take a piece of foil(aluminum) spread boiled vermicelli,put 2 ta sp of filling(coconut jagerry mixture)fold the vermicelli and boil it in a steamer till it get cooked........
