Fried MAsala Ada....

Rice powder
water
salt
mix the above and make a dough.

for masala :
normal chicken masala or chemmen masala ( as u do for unda puttu or samoosa)

Make medium-sized balls with the dough.
Take each dough, flatten on your palm,and add the filling to it and roll make a shape of ur choice
then steam it till its done......

for frying :
chilly powder
turmeric
fennel seeds
salt

mix all and make a paste not too thick or watery
dip the steamed rice dough in and fry it with little oil as u do kallumakaya.......
