EASY PRAWNS ROAST

Prawns-1/4 kg
onoin- 2 (chopped)
green chily - 2(slted)
tomato-1 (chopped)
ginger garlic paste- 1 tbsp
red chilly pwd- 1 tbsp
turmeric pwd-1/4 tsp
salt-
pepper-1 tsp
vinegar-1 tsp
curry leaves- few
oil-2 tbsp


clean and wash prawns
heat oil n a kadai and saute onions
wen it turns brown add ginger garlc paste+chillies
add toatoes and the powders
stir till the tomatoes are cooked
add vinegar
add prawns and salt
cook tll done
add curry leaves and corriander leaves
serve.....
