Chicken Puff


FOR THE FILLING
Chicken breast - 2
Onion - 3
Garlic - 1/2 tsp
Ginger - 1/2 tsp
Green chillies -3 or 4
Pepper pwd
Garam masala
Coriander leaves
Salt
Puff pastry

1. Cut chicken into small pieces.Add chilly pwd,turmeric pwd,salt ,pepper & cook till done.Shred the chicken & keep it aside.

2. Take a pan,heat oil,saute onion ,garlic, ginger,green chillies one after another.Add garam masala,pepper,salt, coriander leaves & saute for few min.Remove from fire & keep it aside.

3. Take a puff pastry add 2 tsp chicken filling & fold it in triangle shape.

4. Heat a frying pan,cover it with a lid like preheating an oven.After sometime open the lid & keep the puffs in it & close the lid.Slow the fire.Cover the pan with a lid.After few min u will see the layers of pastry has risen.Turn to the other side & cook till both the sides turn golden brown.
