CHICKEN BREAD

Recipe Courtsey : Fatii Naaz
FOR THE DOUGH
Plain Flour- 4 cups
Yeast - 1 tbsp
Milk Pwd - 2 tbsp
Salt -1 tsp
Oil - 4 tbsp
Egg 1
Castor sugar-1 tsp

In al mixing bowl rub in the flour + salt + castor sugar + milk powder+ yeast + oil and 1 egg.....
Knead to a medium soft dough with water, leave to rise for 1 hour.

FOR THE FILLING
Chicken -( boiled and shredded) 500 grms (2 chicken breasts)
Onion - 1 (chopped)
Salt -1 tsp
Black pepper- 1 tsp
Coriander leave - 2 tbsp
Green chilies -4 (chopped)
All spice - 1 tsp
Flour - 2 tbsp
Butter - 2 tbsp
Milk - 1 cup
Sesame seeds as required

FOR EGG WASH
Egg yolk - 1

Heat butter and saute the chopped onion till soft ......add the flour with salt + black pepper +all spice + milk, cook till thick, mix in shredded chicken, green chilies and coriander leaves...
Remove from heat and let the filling to cool 


Now roll the dough to a rectangular shape,
Cut the edges using a knife,
put filling in the centre and fold each side so they overlap each other ,the filling will show slightly,
brush top with 1 beaten egg,


sprinkle sesame seeds and bake on 200 degree C for 25 minutes.
