BISCUIT PINEAPPLE PUDDING

Marie gold bis - 1 pkt
Eggs - 1
Chopped pineapple - 1 cup(canned)
Butter - 100 gm
POwdered sugar - 100 gm
Vanilla essence - 1/2 tsp

In a bowl combine powdered sugar and butter wel using an electric beaterl...add the egg yolk and beat well
In another bowl beat the egg white till fluffy and firm....slowly fold in to the butter mix
Add the chopped pineapple in the above mix
In a pudding dish layer the biscuits dipped in the reserved pineapple syrup
Pour half of the mixture on top and again layer wid biscuits and then agn the mix
chill and serve ............
