Peppery Mutton

Mutton - 1/2 kg
Pepper pwd - 2 tbsp
Corriander pwd - 1 tbsp
Turmeric pwd - 1/2 tsp
Onion - 3 (chopped)
Green chillies - 5 (splited)
Tomatoe- (chopped)
Ginger Garlic paste - 1 tbsp each
Cinamon stick - 1 inch stick
Cloves - 2
Lemon juice - 2 tbsp
Corriander leaves- 2 tbsp
Curry leaves - 2 springOil - 1/4 cup
Salt - to taste

Chop the mutton to small pieces and mix with lemon juice , corriander pwd , turmeric pwd , pepper pwd and salt and let it rest for atleast 2 hours
Heat oil in a cooker and throw in the cinnamon and cloves ,and the sliced onions and saute till brown
Add in the ginger garlic paste , curry leaves , chillies , tomato and saute well
Add the motton mixed with masala and saute again till the oil starts to seperate
Then add in 1 cup water and pessure cook for 15 to 20 minutes till the meat is done(if its more watery open and cook till the excess water dissappears)
Garnish with corriander leaves and serve hot with ur rotissss
