chicken veg roll

ingredients
heat 1/4c oil n set aside
In a bowl mix 2c maida , 1 tsp yeast, 1/2 crushed jeera,salt,1/2 cup water and oil mix all togethr n form a soft dough ..keep for 1/2 hr

filling i used some onion ,grated carrot , capsicum ,shredded chicken ,1/2 f tomato pepper n salt

method
punch the dough n make two balls .roll each ball to big circle 1/4 inch thick . Cut into traingler shapes (jus like v cut pizza )Put the fillin n its widest part and using your hands tightly roll it up into a croissant shape . Very gently brush them all over with the egg wash.bake 180 degree till done
