Raw plantain- 1 big(chopp into big pieces)

curry leaves-2 spring
Heat 1 tbsp oil and fry coconut+shallots+garlic+gi nger+pepper+turmeric+chill y pwd and wen the color changes remove frm heat and once cooled grind it to a fine paste
In the cleaned prawns add chopped plantain+chilly pwd+turmeric pwd+tamarind+salt+2 cups water and cook in a pan
Once the prawn and plantian is cooked well water reduces ad in the pasted masala and enough water if needed....and cook till the paste and curry everythin is done
In a kadai splutter mustard+chiily+shallots+cu rry leaves and mix in the prepared curry....
