BEEF MASALA


Beef - 1/2 kg
onion - 3
Tomatoes - 2
green chilly - 3
red chilly pwd - 1 tbsp
ginger garlic paste - 1tsp

boil all together in a cooker with enough water
once boiled , heat a kadai with oil (2 tbsp)and fry the beef (reserve the gravy)
remove the fried beef frm the pan and boil the gravy till the water evaporates and then add the fried beef and curry leaves and garam masala(1/4 tsp
 )
