Pepper liver

1)Liver - 1/2 kg (cut into cubes)
Ginder garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Pepper pwd - 2 tbsp (more or less according to ur spicyness)
Onion - 1 chopped
Tomato - 1 chopped
Green chillies - 2 -3 slited
Corriander pwd - 1 tbsp
salt - to taste

2)oil- to fry
lemon juice - 1 tsp
corriander leaves - 1/2 cup

Mix all the ingredients in No:1 ,and pressure cook for about 15-20 minutes or till the liver is done.(add only less water and if there is access water ....open and cook till the water evaporates completely)

In a wok , heat some oil and fry the liver , in between add the lemon juice and corriander leaves and fry,,,fry,,fry,,,,
