Crab Roast

Ingredients:
Crab – 500 gm
onion – 2
Tomato – 1
Chilly powder – 3 tsp
Turmeric powder – ½ tsp
Coriander seed powder – 1 tsp
green chilly – 5
Garlic – 5
Ginger – 1 big psc
Pepper powder – 1/2 tsp
fennel seed -1 tsp
Coconut oil
Mustard seeds – ½ tsp
Curry leaves

method

Heat oil in a pan (coconut oil is best )and add mustard seeds into it to splutter.
Add chopped pieces of ginger and onion
garlic and curry leaves into that and heat
then add all masala ....
add tomato
and crab at last
When it is cooked, add pepper powder, take it out and serve.

(a different method of this is u can add grated coconut into the masala (like mix all masala with coconut and grind it to paste and add to crab...those who like with thick gravy go for this method)
