Chicken Samosa

for the filling
Boiled Chicken shredded 
onion 2
garlic 
chilli powder 1/2 tsp
tumeric 1/4 tspn
cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
chilli finaly chopped 2
corriander
grated ginger 1/2 tsp
salt and pepper to ur taste
lemon 1/2 (juice of lemon)

Heat the oil in a frying pan, add the onion and garlic mix in the spices and fry till soft. Add the shreded chicken, to it.. Remove from heat and add the mint and lemon juice.

noww keep this masala in the samosa sheet 
and fold .....(u can buy the samasa pastry from the shop)
stick the corner of the sheets with maidapaste (maida mixed in water )
