PINEAPPLE KESARI





rava 1 c
water 2c
ghee 1/4 c or mre
pineapple essence 1/2 tsp
sugar 80 gms
cashews n raisins
pineapple 1c finely chopped

dry roast semolina 4 to 5 mn stirin continously until pale yellow.In anothr pan add ghee n roast cashew n raisins. Add pineapple pieces n sugar cook till soft . Add water essence n roasted rava stirin continously so tat no lumps r formed .Stir till done n transfer to greased bowl .serve warm
