BADAM KHEER




Milk= 1/2 l
Biriyani rice = 1/4 cup (soaked in water for atleast 3 hrs )
Almond = 3O gm(soaked,peeled,grinded)
Cardomom =2
Sugar = as required
Condensed milk = 1/4 tin

In a saucepan boil milk with cardomom on a low flame,and wen it starts boiling add in the soaked rice and cook it on a low flame till the rice is completely cooked,remember to stir continuosly to avoid burning,and mash the cooked rice with the spoon 
Add in the condensed milk and grinded almond and wen it starts to thicken remove into a serving bowl
Garnish with almond flakes and serve hot or cold
