PUNJABI FRIED CHICKEN



Boneless chicken - 250 gm (cut into cubes )
Ginger paste - 2 tsp
Garlic paste - 1 tsp
Green chilly paste - 1 tsp
Maida - 3 tsp
Kashmiri chilly pwd - 1 tsp
Corriander pwd - 1tsp
Chaat masala pwd - 1/ tsp
Lemon juice - 2 tsp
Onion - 3 tsp (chopped into very bit pieces)
Red food color - optional
Salt - to taste
Sunflower oil - to fry

Mix all the ingredients in the chicken exceot oil for atleast 1/2 an hour , and deep fry in the oil......serve...
