carrot-250 grm
milk-1/2 ltr
cardamom-2
sugar-2 ta sp
condensedmilk-2 ta sp
water-2cups
In a pressure cooker,cook carrot with 2cups of water.
blend boiled carrot(with water)to smooth paste.
boil milk,add carrot paste, cardamom ,sugar&condensed milk and stir it very well.
served it hot or cold..................
