Prawny Noodle Spring Rolls


FOR THE PANCAKES
Maida - 1 cup
Cornflour - 1/2 cup
Egg - 1
Salt - to taste
Water

Mix all the ingredients together using a whisk, so that no lumps are formed.
The batter must be very thin.
Heat a Tawa and pour a spoonfull of batter and round it as in making a dosa.
And keep them aside...

FOR THE FILLING
Prawns -1/2 cup
Onion - 4 (finely chopped)
Ginger paste -1 tsp
Garlic paste - 1tsp
Greenchillies - 3 or 4
Turmeric pwd- 1/4 tsp
Carrot - 1 small(cut into bit sized)
Beans -1/2 (cut into bits)
Capsicum -chopped
Corriander leaves
Salt
Noodles - 1/2 pkt (boiled)
Soya sauce - 1 tsp

Cook the prawns with some pepper pwd , salt and turmeric pwd and piece it....

Heat some oil in a pan and saute onions,ginger,garlic,green chillies one after another,and add the chopped veggies also along with it.

Once the vegs are cooked add the chopped prawns , salt and saute again for a few minutes.

Add the cooked noodles, cilantra and soya sauce

METHOD
In a pancake put 2tbsp filling on a side & roll it to the other side foldin all the sides so that no oil gets inside .
Dip them in beaten egg white then in bread crumbs & deep fry in oil till golden brown....
serve immedietly with ur favourite sauce....
