I baked... which turned out to be really yummy....♥ ed it
Recipe .....
Bread slices - 8
Egg - 4
Milk - 1 cup
Masala - for the filling(can be used chicken or beef or any of ur choice)
Salt - a pinch
Ghee - to grease the pan
1. Remove the crust of the bread and crumble it with ur hands
2.Whist the eggs and milk together well and add the crumbled bread with enough salt.
3.Grease a non stick pan & pour half of the bread batter & cook for few min then spread the masala on top & then the remaining mixture.
4.Cook on a very low flame for atleast 45 minutes or more...or till a knife inserted comes out clean..
Chicken Masala..
Chicken - 1 cup shredded (cooked with turmeric pwd,salt ,ginger garlic paste ,pepper)
Onions - 3 medium (finely chopped)
Green chillies - 6-8 (finely chopped)u can increase or decrease according to ur spicyness
Ginger Garlic paste - 1 tsp each
Turmeric pwd - 1/4 tsp
Salt - to taste
Corriander leaves
Garam Masala.(optional ) i don use
Heat oil in apan and saute onions +chillies +ginger garlic paste + salt and turmeric pwd
Saute well on low flame till onion soft and change its color and add the shredded chicken and corriander leaves and off the flame and ur masala is ready...
Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan and saute onion + chillies + ginger garlic paste
