Irachi Pola


Eggs - 5
Maida - 5 tbsp
Salt to taste
Masala - normal chicken / beef / mutton masala

Beat the eggs using a n egg beater till frothy....finally fold in the maida and salt till well mixed
Grease some ghee in a non stick pan and pour the half of the egg mix and cover and cook (it will take only abt 3 minutes)
Spread the masala and den pour the remaining of the egg mix and cook on a very low flame till done...
