Oor Kicheri

Ghee rice - 1 cup
Roasted green gram dal - 3/4 cup
Ghee - 1 tbsp
Cinnamon stick - 1 piece
Salt - to taste
Water - as required

Wash the rice and dal together and remove it in a strainer
Heat some ghee and fry the rice on a low flame
Add salt and cinnamon stick and enough boiled water and cook till done
