Pachari- 1/2 cup
urad dal- 1/2 cup
toor dal-1/2 cup
channa dal-1/2 cup
dry red chilly- 25
asefoetida - 1/ tsp
salt- to taste
curry leaves
oil
soak all the dal and rice and chillies for 3 hours and grind them using enough water
in the mix add asefoetida and curry leavesand salt and mix well
heat a tava spread some oil and pour a spoonfull of batter....sprinkle some oil on top and sides of the dosaand turn it
u can ve it with ur fav chammanti....
