UNDA PUTTU

Soaked Ponni Rice 2 cup
rice powder ..to tighten the dough
salt

Grind the saoaked rice add salt n tighten like a chappatti dough usin rice powder.prepare the filllin




For Filling
prawns 500g
onion 3 or 4
ginger garlic 1tsp each
green chillies 3
tomato 1
coriander pwdr n red chiily pwdr 1 tsp
turmeric pwdr 1/2
curry leaves n coriandr leaves
Fry prawns with chillypwd turmeric pwdr n salt.keep it aside
In a pan heat oil add onions n saute till soft.Add gigr garlic green chilly n saute till the raw smells goes,now add tomatoes n spice pwdrs.Mix well n add the leaves n fried prawns .let it cool

Make medium balls wih he dough .Take each dough n flatten on ur palm .Add the fillin n re roll to the ball shape ..Roll it in the scrapped coconut n steam ill done.
