First u have to make 3 fillings for tis
1. Egg filling

saute all ingredients except egg n saute well .now add egg n stir well combined.keep aside

beef 1/2 kg [cooked with salt.little red chilli,turmeric ]minced
onion 7 green chilli 7
ginger-garlic paste-3tbs

In a kadayi or pan with oil saute the onion till its done very well.then add rest of the things and finally minced beef..then add garam masala and curry leaves then coriander leaves

3 .parippu filling
channa dal 1/2 c
Beef or Mutton - 1/2 c cooked n shredded
Onion - 3 (chopped)
Ginger - 1 tsp
Garlic - 1 tsp
Green chillies - 3-4
Chilly pwd - 3/4 tsp
Turmeric pwd - 1/4 tsp
Pepper pwd - 1/2 tsp
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
Salt - to taste
Coriander leaves
Heat a pan, pour oil,add onion,garlic,ginger,green chillies one after the other & saute till it turns soft.To this add channa dal &shredded mutton & saute very well.Add garam masala,coriander leaves & saute for few minutes.Remove from fire.Keep it aside.
For the dough
atta 3 cups
water & salt
dalda 2 to 3 tbspn
knead all ingredients well to smooth dough
preparation
make small puris n add egg fillin on the centre .Now shape them into rounds by gathering the edges and pinching it in the centre.u can see how i ve done in the poto.mke 4 to 5 like same n deep fry .keep it aside
now roll the dough like chappati n add the beef fillin & on the top f beef fillin keep one egg filled ball we fried befre n shape the same way by gatherin all egdes together to the centre n pinch to the centre so tat no fillin pop out .do the same with all other egg balls.
now mke the roundals with the dough lil bigger tan the chappatti n put the parippu filling in it n in the centre keep one of the fried ball and shape the same way like we done before ..repeat the process with all other balls n fry.
