chemeen pandapattil

biriyani rice 1cup
coconut milk to blend the rice
soak the rice for 4 to 5 hrs.blend usin coconut milk .add salt.

For Filling
prawns 500g
onion 3 or 4
ginger garlic 1tsp each
green chillies 3
tomato 1
coriander pwdr n red chiily pwdr 1 tsp
turmeric pwdr 1/2
curry leaves n coriandr leaves
Fry prawns with chillypwd turmeric pwdr n salt.keep it aside
In a pan heat oil add onions n saute till soft.Add gigr garlic green chilly n saute till the raw smells goes,now add tomatoes n spice pwdrs.Mix well n add the leaves n fried prawns .let it cool

In a steamer (appachembu)grease a plate add a spoon f rice batter close the lid n cook .Wen its done spread the prawns fillin n add the rice batter ..repeat till end.
