KOZHIKAL




1 Tapioca-500 grm
2 red chilli powder-1 te sp
3 besan-3 ta sp
4 turmeric powder-1/4 te sp
5 cumin seed-1/4 te sp
6 rice powder -2 te sp
7 asafetida(kaya podi)-1/4 te sp
8 curry leaves-
9 salt -to taste
10 water

Method:-
1.Boil tapioca till half cooked
2.cut the cooked tapioca in to thin slices.
3.in a bowl combine all powders ,curry leaves& salt.
4.pour little water to this mixture to make a thick paste
5.put all the tapioca pieces in to this thick batter.
6.from this, take 3-4 tapioca pieces together&deep fry it in oil till golden brown.serve it hot...
