Puttu Biriyani



ingredients
puttu 10 pieces

for the gravy
beef 1/2 kg
onion 4
tomato 2
ginger garlic paste 1tbsp
chilly power 11/2 tsp
coriander powder 2tbsp
turmeric power 1/4 tsp
salt to taste

Heat oil n a pan saute onion gingr garlic pate . add tomato n all spice powder stir wel till oil appears. Now add beef lil water n cook till done.add coriander leaves. Now add the puttu n mix well

for biriyani

mustard seeds 1 tsp
onion 1 finely chopped
ginger garlic 1 tsp chopped
red hilly 6 to 8
jeera 1/2 tsp
salt
Heat oil in a pan and crackle the mustard jeera n red chilly .Now add gingr garlic ,curry leaves ,chopped onion n saute well .Add the puutu mixture stir well combine n serve hot
