KERALA PARATHAS

Paratha recipe
Maida - 2 1/2 cups
Egg - 1
Milk - 1/2 cup
Sugar - 1 tsp
Salt - to taste

Knead all the above ingredients together to make a soft dough with enough water.....top it with little oil and keep it aside for atleast 1 hour...Then make it lime sized ball and roll it out and frill it spreading it with litl oil and maida and roll out again....cook it both sides on a hot thava....and pat it aftr removing from heat....
