Paneer Onion Kulcha

3 cups all purpose flour (maida)
1/2 tsp Baking powder
1/8th tsp Baking Soda
1 tbsp sugar
salt to taste (approx 1 tsp)
1/4 cup oil
1/2 cup Yogurt
1 tbsp Ghee

For the filling
1 red onion
2-3 green chillies, v thinly sliced (or as per taste)
1/4 tsp ajwain
1/2 tsp grated ginger
1/4 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp fennel
1 cup paneer
few sprigs of coriander leaves, chopped finely
a little salt

Place all dry ingredients n mix well .now mix in wet ingredients n knead well to smooth dough. keep it aside for 2 hrs. mix all ingredients f filling togethr. make small balls out f the dough n roll into small circles .now place a 1tbsp of fillin inside n bring back to frm all sides to close togethr ..Roll back to circles again takin care f not splittin the fillin outside .Place it on the hot tawa and cook till done.
