chicken breast - 1/2 kg
onion - 2 (thinly sliced)
green chilly - 4
capsicum - 1
tomato - 1
ginger garlic paste - 1tsp
salt - to taste
red chilly pwd - 1tbsp
soya sauce - 1tsp
tomato ketchup - 1 tbsp
corriander leaves - to garnish
marrinate the chicken pieces with chilly pwd , ginger garlic paste and salt and set aside for 1/2 an hr and fry it
In the same oil half saute the capsicum and set aside
then saute green chilly and set aside and set aside
saute tomato , set aside
finally half saute the onion and add the sauces , 1/2 tsp red chilly pwd and the sauted ingredients and chicken and mix well in heat for 2 mins
garnish with corriander leaves and serve hot
