Samosa buns


For the filling..
Chicken /beef/mutton masala


For the dough..


Maida - 3 cups
Yeast - 1 tbsp
Egg - 1
Sugar - 1 tbsp
Milk pwd - 2 tbsp
Oil - 2 tbsp
Salt - 1 tsp or more
Water
Egg yolk - to wash
Combine all the ingredients together to form a smooth dough and let it rest for an hour...

Divide the dough into equal parts and roll it dusting a little flour if needed....and cut into four pieces as for a samosa and spread the filling and fold as a samosa and egg wash and bake in the preheated oven for 15 - 20 minutes at 180 degree
