EGG BASKET


Make normal Samosa masala.....and the dough(using maida)
Boil 3 eggs and cut each into 8 pieces....
Pinch a small ball of dough roll out into a small puri shape...place a little masala and place a piece of egg in the middle...now lift one side of the rolled dough and take pleats as in a sari and press the end with ur fingers ,not to get let the oil in..
For the ribbon...In a small ball of dough add a little red food color and knead well roll out and cut and roll over the baskets...
