SWEET CORN CHICK AND VEG SOUP


Carrot,cabbage,beans-1/2 cup(chopped nto bit sized)
Shredded chicken-1 cup
Cornflour- 1 tbsp
sweet corn-2 tbsp
egg white- 1
Pepper pwd-1tsp
celery-1 tbsp(chopped)
spring onion - 1 tbsp
water- 3 cups
salt-to taste

In 2-3 glass of water cook the chicken with enough salt....
wen half cooked add the veggies and cook again
Once all are done strain it and reserve the water seperately
In the seperated stock add the sweet corn and boil and add the chicken and veggies to it
Beat it egg white and pour it in the boiling mix frm top to get a thread consistency
mix cornflour in ittle water and pour it
once boiled add the pepper rwd,celery,spring onion
serve hot in a soup dish
if needed can serve with tomato ketchup
