SHAYYO (Vermicelli)

Vemicelli
Onion - 2
Ginger, Garlic - 1 tbsp
Maggi chicken stock - 1 cube
salt to taste

In a pot add oil, onion, ginger, garlic paste and saute it
Add chicken stock, (add the leftover chicken / meat curry ) to it
the add vermicelli to it. ( Vermicelli should be fried a lit bit in ghee)
Add enough water to it and close the lid.......
SERVE HOT !!!

You can even add shredded chicken or egg if you dont have left over curry.
