Vermicelli - 250 gm
Prawns - 1/4 kg
Onions - 2 (finely chopped)
Green chillies - 4 (crushed)/more or less according to ur spicyness
Ginger Garlic paste - 1 tbsp eash
Tomato - 1 (chopped)
Curry leaves - 2 spring
Corriander leaves -1/4 cup
Red chilly pwd - 1 tbsp
Corriander pwd - 1 tbsp
Turmeric pwd - 1/2 tsp
Garam masala pwd - 1/2 tsp
Oil - 2 tbsp
Ghee - 1 tbsp
Salt -to taste
Mix the prawns with 1/2 tsp red chilly pwd + salt and shallow fry in oil
Remove the fried prawns fron the pan and in the same oil saute onions +chillies +ginger garlic+tomato +curry leaves one after the other till soft and add red chilly pwd +corriande pwd +turmeric pwd +enough salt +1 cup of water and let the masala to cook
Once the masala is cooked add the vermicelli (in a bowl put the vermicelli and add some water and strain the water with ur kands and add in the masala)
Add more water if needed and cover and cook till done
Finally add ghee + Corriander leaves +Garam masala pwd +fried prawnsand mix well and cook for a few more minutes
Remove from flame and serve hot
