Mexican Chicken Fajitta with Garlic Paste

filling
chicken breast 2 ( cut lenghtwise)
onion 2
capsicum red n green 1 each
garlic 1 pod
soya sauce 2 tsp
crushed chilly 1 or red chilly pwdr (i used pwdr_
black peppercorns crushed 4 or 5

Heat 2 tbsp oil n a pan saute chicken wen its half done add soya sauce n salt n fry till done.In same pan add oil n saute onion n capsicum n high fleme .vegies shud b crisp add chillies peppper salt n chicken.add 1/2 tsp sugar to balance the taste .mix well

tortillas or chappatis or even pita bread ( khubus)
i used normal chappatti

take a chappatti spread garlic paste or mayo (u can use tomato sauce also ) arrange the fillin n roll .

Garlic Paste ( frm ria collection)

garlic 4 pods
egg white 1
lemon juice 1 tbsp or mre if u want
oil
salt

In a fud processr blend garlic with salt ..slowly add lemon juice oil n egg white.blend till u get mayo consistency .
