CHICKEN SHAWARMA


Chicken - 1/2 kg
Hamoos
Mayonaise
Salad - carrot,cucumber,lettuce,tomato,cabbage
Kuboos

FOR MARINATION
Garlic - 5
Ginger - a small piece
Red chilly pwd - 2 tsp
Turmeric pwd - 1/2 tsp
Yoghurt - 2 tbsp
Lemon juice - 2 tsp
Salt - to taste
Coriander leaves - 1/4 cup

1.Grind all the ingredients to a fine paste.

2. Marinate chicken with the paste for atleast 2 hrs.Grill it.Shred the chicken.Heat a pan,pour little oil,add 1/2 tsp chilly pwd,then 2tsp soya sauce.To this add shredded chicken and saute for a while.

3. Take a big kuboos spread hamoos,mayonaise,salad,shredded chicken.Roll it tight.Cut into pieces & serve hot...
