Chicken Varattiyathu



Chicken - 1/2 kg (cleaned & cut into small pieces)
Onion - 1 (sliced)
Tomato - 1 (sliced)
Ginger Garlic paste - 2 tbsp
Green chilly - 2
Red chilly powder - 1 1/2 tbsp
Corriander powder - 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Pepper powder - 1 tsp
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp

Cook the chicken with all the above ingredients .
Heat oil in a KADAI and add curry leaves and Crushed garlic.
And add cooked chicken mixture to it and saute well till the water evaporates (varattuka)
